Clearing the Browser Tabs – Guest Blogging O’Rama Friday Edition Posted: 12 Aug 2011 03:10 AM PDT I have to make this a fairly short post. I’ll be guest-blogging today at the Human Events blog today and Monday for the very able John Heyward while he’s away for the weekend. If you have the time, take a minute to check out my posts over there and leave a comment or two. This is a fairly high-profile gig and I’d like to do my editor, Jason Mattera, proud. Besides, you never know what other opportunities it’ll bring! I’m also guest-blogging at the brand-new PJ Lifestyle blog at Pajamas Media, thanks to a gracious invitation from PJ Editor and blogging star Ed Driscoll. My first post, on the coming remake of Footloose, went up yesterday. I won’t write there every day, but don’t be surprised if you see me link a couple posts a week. I know the blogging here has been a bit light this week, mostly because I’ve been working up posts for those two new gigs as well as posts for my gig at Ending Spending. That should change over the next few days as I sort out the various time demands and establish a writing routine that will still allow me to get outside under the bright, bright sunshine once in a while. Have faith…we’re going places around here! And now, links! I quite literally do not understand the thought processes of anyone who cheers for America’s decline, especially if that someone has even an elementary grasp of history. Stacy McCain is still beating the streets in Iowa and his persistence is paying off in MSM linkage! Even when the nanny state tries to do right, it does wrong. Union picketing — you’re doing it wrong! Brice McQuain asked if a disgruntled left will turn out to vote for Barack Obama in 2012. I honestly don’t know, but his campaign people had better not take their turnout for granted. I’m with Phineas. Barack Obama isn’t a secret Muslim, but he’s sure no great lover of Christian beliefs, either. He’s more an Obamatarian. I warn you, if you watch this video (which is certainly neat), you will feel bugs on you until at least lunch time. The Hubble Space Telescope brought you a present — a beautiful necklace!
